Carmel High School Parking Passes

In this project, WHJE reporter Scott Stewart attempted to find out the importance of parking passes and how they are such a big help to the students of Carmel High School. Stewart interviewed Ofc. Gene Stilts, who had all the information for students, and parking passes.
